Marshals seek public's help in tracking down N.H. fugitive

ROCHESTER - The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's help in finding Joslynn Doliber, who has ties to Rochester.

Doliber is wanted for not showing up for a court appearance in connection with a fentanyl trafficking charge.

Doliber, 33, is 5-foot-7- with blue eyes and brown hair. She also has a piercing in her abdomen.

Doliber is also known to have ties to Ossipee.
