Marc R. Roy ... retired from General Electric

SOMERSWORTH - Marc R. Roy, 57, of Somersworth, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017, unexpectedly at home. Born in Rochester, N.H., on May 19, 1960, he was the son of Sylvio and Celia Roy (Hebert).
Marc retired from General Electric in 2015 with 25 years of service. He spent the last two years mostly with his sidekick Claire working together on home projects and playing as often as they could. He had a sense of humor and witty charm that kept everyone around him smiling. He had a big heart and was always willing to help friends and family when needed.
Marc is survived by his one true love, Lily, his Golden Retriever; his sisters, Charlene Hodsdon (Roy) and husband Jim, Claire Nadeau (Roy); his brothers, Donald Roy and his significant other Betty Iacono, David Roy his wife Kelley Roy (Richards); his nieces and nephews, Melissia Roy, Matthew Roy, Cassie Foss (Hodsdon), Amanda Watts (Hodsdon), Travis Nadeau and Chelsea Doyle (Roy) and several great nieces and nephews; two aunts Geraldine Carrier formerly of Somersworth and Gail McConkey of Rochester, N.Y.
