CONCORD - The Attorney Generals Office announced on Friday that a Manchester man has been indicted on second-degree murder and reckless conduct charges in the death of a Manchester teen in July.
One count accuses Isaiah Rivera-Perez, 24, of killing 17-year-old Jaden Connor by shooting him and another one alleges him of reckless conduct by placing "others in danger of serious bodily injury by firing a pistol towards occupied homes in a residential neighborhood."
The fatal shooting occurred outside Rivera-Perez' home at 276 Central St. on July 14.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant moving forward to trial.
