NASHUA - The Nashua man killed Friday in an officer-involved shooting died of a gunshot wound to the chest, the state's chief medial examiner announced on Sunday.
Heath Thompson, 40, was shot by police who responded to an early morning domestic dispute on Marie Avenue.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
The fatal officer-involved shooting was the second in New Hampshire in just 10 days.
