Madeleine C. Guilmette ... enjoyed braiding rugs

ROCHESTER - Madeleine C. Guilmette, 95, died Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Colonial Hill Rest Home in Rochester, N.H., after a period of failing health. Madeleine was born in Thetford Mines, P.Q., Canada, on June 23, 1921, the daughter of Omar and Roseanna (Cyr) Lefebvre and had been living in Rochester since 1924 moving from Canada.
She loved to cook, her crocheting and braiding rugs.
Surviving members of the family include: two daughters, Monique Nichols of Rochester, N.H., and Donna Leonard of East Rochester, N.H., six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
