ROCHESTER - Lois Berry, 86, died on Saturday, Oct., 29, 2022 at home in Rochester following a period of failing health.

Born in Rochester on Oct. 21, 1936. She was the daughter of Chester and Blanche (Reed) Stewart.

Lois had worked as an auctioneer and wrote articles for the Unravel the Gavel newspaper. She was a Post Lt. Governor of the Rochester Kiwanis.

Lois enjoyed dancing, word puzzles, singing and helping people.

Members of her family include her children Catherine Woodard and life partner Greta Hanson of S. Berwick, Maine; Gail Nutter of Rochester, Guy Perreault and wife Melia of Venice, Fla.; Eve Perkins and husband Charlie of Rochester; and Lisa Mercier of Farmington. Grandchildren Dale Woodard, Jason Nutter, Melissa Nutter, Alex Nutter and partner Krystal Brown, Joshua Perreault, Jennifer Cole, Megan Krook, Kelly Krook, Ashley Boston, Kristen Mercier, and Stephen Mercier and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceaced by her husbands Edgar Perreault, Theodore Weymouth and Thomas Berry.
