A Lebanon man was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walgreen’s on South Main Street on Saturday.
Anthony Ullven, 36, of 7 Comanche Lane, was charged with Willful Concealment, a misdemeanor. He was bailed and released on $1,000 personal recognizance and faces an arraignment in September.
While an initial shoplifting charge is normally a misdemeanor, a person who has been twice convicted of shoplifting (637:3-a II) within a 36 month period can be charged with a Class B Felony.
