Lebanon man charged in Walmart shoplift incident

ROCHESTER - A Lebanon man was arrested on Monday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Jame Sinclair, 24, of 599 River Road, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. and charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment.

Sinclair was bailed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending his arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
