SOUTH BERWICK, Maine - Jamie Stockford, 45, died on Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2024, at Wentworth Douglass Hospital following a period of failing health.

Born Nov. 25, 1978, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, she was the daughter of Wayne Michael Stockford and the late Joan (Benham) Vachon.

Jamie enjoyed listening to music, playing softball, cooking and most of all spending time with her family. Her laugh was contagious and always lit up the room. She was a genuine full of love, kind of person. She would give the shirt off of her back for anyone.

Members of her family include her children Devin Tetu and husband David of South Berwick, Natasha Kuchman of South Berwick, and Maximus Kuchman of Barrington, N.H.; her grandchildren Dakota, Kendra, Charleigh, Ryder and Mason, her stepfather Joseph "Marty" Vachon Jr. of Lebanon, her father Wayne Stockford of Sumter, S.C.; two sisters Jenny McCarthy of Raymond, and Carrie Crockett and companion Chris Couillard of Lebanon, many cousins nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her mother Joan Vachon and her brother Joseph M. Vachon III.
