Personal: age 57, married, one grown son

Politics: Three-term selectman, various other city boards
Tom Gray of White Mountain Highway said he’s been very happy being Milton’s selectman the past nine years, but still has some goals he’d like to finish.
For one he’d like to bring more businesses into town to get the tax rate down.
One business he’d like to see at either of the Route 16 interchanges is a doctor’s office.
He’d also like to make town meetings more accessible to the public, perhaps through social media or videotaping.
Looking back on his accomplishments he singled out two major improvements, including bringing stability to the town administrator position currently occupied by Elizabeth Dionne.
He also recalled the Applebee Landfill cleanup that he tackled several years ago in which he worked with the EPA and DES to keep the costs as low as possible.
