Howard K. Neal Jr.; at 77

LEBANON, Maine - Howard K. Neal Jr. died on Aug. 20, 2024, due to complications of Covid-19.
Howard was born to Bernice (Derwin) and Howard K Neal Sr. On Aug. 31, 1946, in Sanford.
Howard grew up on the family farm in Lebanon.
He graduated from Sanford High School and the University of Maine at Orono.
He did his post graduate work while living and working in the Washington DC area.
Howard is survived by his wife Roberta Knight, his daughter Denise Neal of Flowery Branch, Ga.; two grandchildren, Rowan and Lucas Topolski also of Georgia.
Howard was predeceased by his Parents, and his son, Kristopher.
