HOPKINTON - A Henniker man has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found in the breakdown lane of Interstate 89 early Monday morning.

An autopsy performed on Tuesday concluded that the victim, Gina C. Maiorano, 27, of Henniker, died of blunt impact head injuries. However, the manner of death was found inconclusive, pending further investigation, according to a Tuesday statement from the Attorney Generals Office.
