ROCHESTER - High-flying Motocross displays will be part of the Granite State Fair's grandstand entertainment for the first time in many years, the fair's executive director told The Rochester Voice today.
"It's like a dirt bike stunt show," EJ Dean noted. "These riders show off their tricks and skills for a very entertaining show."

Action will heating up in the Exhibition Hall as well with the state's best chefs looking to land a prize in the King Arthur's Flour baking competition.
Dean said contestants will have to follow a certain recipe that they can get on the the fair's website. King Arthur's Flour will be awarding prizes to the recipes judged the best. More information will be on the website later this week, he said.
The circus, free with admission, will also be back, along with livestock shows, the zoo and many other attractions.
He said there will also be additional kiddie rides and family attractions.
