Granite Shield drug sweep nets two trafficking, two possession arrests

DOVER - Dover Police made four arrests on Wednesday as part of ongoing and targeted drug enforcement efforts funded by the state's Granite Shield grant.

Arrested on a variety of charges were

Michael Harper, 33, 24 Redden Street, Dover, for trafficking possession of heroin.

Tiffany Chase, 28, homeless, for trafficking of meth.

Brent Taylor, 53, 125 Sagamore Ave., Portsmouth, for heroin possession

Kelsey Savage, 49, 120 Durham Road, Dover, for heroin possession.

Harper and Chase were held at Strafford County Jail, while Taylor and Savage were released on personal recognizance pending an appearance in Strafford County Superior Court on July 6.
