ROCHESTER - Shoppers looking for high quality designer brand clothing at affordable prices will soon have another store option to shop at in Rochester.
Label Shopper will be opening a new location for their retail clothing chain in the Lilac Mall in the old JC Penney space, according to a press release sent The Rochester Voice on Monday.
"We are so thrilled to be coming into the Rochester community," said Peter Elitzer, president of Label Shopper. "We are constantly on the search for the most popular designer brands, negotiating with sellers to get the best possible price, and then extending that to our customers. I think the people will really love the value we provide."
Label Shopper specializes in misses, juniors, plus, men's, kids' clothing, shoes and home décor. This will be Label Shopper's first location to open in the state of New Hampshire.

The store will be taking all necessary precautions to keep staff and customers healthy and will be following all current state and county guidelines. Fitting rooms will be open and sanitized after each use. Label Shopper plans to open May 27 and customers can enter to win a shopping spree by signing up for the store's mailing list.
Label Shopper got its start when Elitzer founded Peter Harris Clothes in 1970 in Latham, N.Y.. Elitzer would search the market for incredible off-price buys of favorite brand name clothes. He then expanded further by opening their sister store, Label Shopper and currently today has over 70 stores throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
