ROCHESTER -- Frisbie Memorial Hospital has announced its new officers for the organization's board of trustees.
Ron Poulin, who serves as chairman, is the owner of Country Tire & Service Center and partner in Dick Poulin Chrysler-Jeep Dodge-Ram, in Rochester. Poulin has lived most of his life in Rochester. He is an active community member, and currently serves on the Rochester Economic Development Committee and Rochester Rotary. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Chevrolet Dealership Management Academy, UNH Family Business School, and the Dale Carnegie Course on Human Relations.
Brian Hughes, who will serve as vice chairman, is president of Holy Rosary Credit Union and has three decades of credit union experience. Hughes received both his bachelor's and master's of science degree in Management from Bridgewater State University. He resides in Greenland.
T.J. Jean was elected to serve as treasurer of the board. Jean is administrator at The Gafney Home in Rochester. He was previously employed at Frisbie Memorial Hospital where he served as practice manager of the Frisbie Center for Cancer Care. He is also a former mayor of Rochester where he lives.
William Cormier serves as secretary. He is a principal and award-winning Realtor at Hourihane, Cormier & Assoc. Cormier earned his bachelor's degree in Finance at Boston College, spent five years as a stockbroker with Merrill Lynch in Boston and has been an active Realtor since 1972. Cormier resides in Newmarket.
Greg Smith, having served as chairman for two years, serves as immediate past chairman of the board. Smith is a certified public accountant. For six years his firm was voted number one in the tri-city region by GKM National Survey Company.
