COAST has partnered with the City of Rochester and Rochester Main Street to help transport the public to the free festivities being held at Spaulding High School and the Rochester Community Center on Wednesday.
The COAST shuttle will cycle about every 15 minutes beginning around 5:45 p.m. and ending around 10:15 p.m.
The shuttle will run between the Community Center, the North Main Street public parking lot, and the City municipal complex lot. The shuttle will also stop on Union Street in front of Curlies Comedy Club for pick-up and drop-off. Check the DoubleMap app to get real-time locations of the shuttle.'
The Fireworks Festival begins at 6 p.m. in front of the Community Center. The festival features food, vendors, children's activities, face painting, Wildlife Encounters, and more.
Fireworks are scheduled to begin around 9:30 p.m with viewing from the athletic fields of Spaulding High School.
Folks are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the show, however pets are not allowed.
Available event parking is in all public parking areas and in the former Ben Franklin parking lot. Private lots or driveways should not be used.
This event is a collaboration between Rochester Main Street and the City of Rochester.
