ROCHESTER -- Frisbie Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees has appointed John Marzinzik as the hospital's new President & CEO.
Marzinzik, 60, has served as Senior Vice President & CFO at Frisbie Memorial Hospital since 1993 and has 35 years of administrative and financial experience within a hospital environment.
"Being selected to lead a quality organization such as Frisbie Hospital is an honor. I look forward to continuing to build strong relationships with the board of directors, physicians, employees, and volunteers who make all the difference for Frisbie Memorial Hospital patients and the community," Marzinzik said.
Marzinzik earned his MBA from the University of Massachusetts and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Northeastern University. He is a board member with the Medical Mutual Insurance Company of Maine and Yankee Alliance.
Marzinzik was Director of Billing & Information Systems at North Adams Regional Hospital in North Adams, Mass. and Vice President of Finance and Facilities at Exeter Hospital in Exeter, N.H. He has also served as comptroller for Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital in Dixon, Ill.
