The Rochester Public Library will host "Fierce Females: Women in Art," a program that examines the history of women in art, taking place on March 11, at 6 p.m. in the Community Room.

In this program, participants will explore the lives, careers, and works of several major women artists from the Renaissance to the twentieth century. Artists include Artemisia Gentileschi, Mary Cassatt, and Frida Kahlo
