ROCHESTER - A Farmington woman will be in Rochester District Court today facing her third DUI charge after her arrest earlier this month.
Shannon Gamble, 44, of Farmington, was stopped the morning of May 14 after she was spotted by police running a red light at the corner of South Main Street and Columbus Avenue a little before 9 a.m.
The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and determined Gamble was operating under the influence.
"The officer also learned that Gamble had previously been convicted of the same offense twice before and was required to have an alcohol interlock device installed in her vehicle, which she did not have," Rochester Police Capt. Todd Pinkham said on Monday.
Gamble was taken into custody, bailed and released pending today's court hearing in Rochester.
