ROCHESTER - A Farmington woman was charged in a shoplifting incident on Wednesday at the Lilac Mall Kmart.
Jessica Mitchell, 35, of 6A Mechanic St., was charged with misdemeanor level willful concealment. She was also charged with contempt as she was on bail conditions at the time of her arrest and criminal trespass as she was not supposed to be inside Kmart due to a prior incident.
Bail was set at $500 cash. Mitchell is scheduled to be arraigned today at Rochester District Court.
