ROCHESTER - A Farmington man was arrested in a shoplifting incident at Kmart on Thursday.

Justin Johnson, 31, of 538 Main St., #4, Farmington, N.H., was charged with willful concealment and bailed on $5,000 personal recognizance pending an arraignment next Month at the 7^th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
