A winter storm that just two days ago was predicted to bring as much as 10-15 inches of snow to the Northern Seacoast on Tuesday is now being forecast as much smaller with three to six inches of snow and rain expected.
The storm is expected to begin early Tuesday morning with rain turning to snow later in the day.
Heavy, wet snow along with gusty winds could down tree limbs and lead to power outages. The storm could also snarl both morning and evening commutes.
The storm will begin as a messy mix around 3 a.m. and turn to off and on snow till around 7 p.m., during which time temps will never go below 35 degrees.
Meanwhile, today will be pleasant with highs in the mid-40s.
