ROCHESTER - Elizabeth A. Ciaramitaro, 92, died on Saturday Nov. 16, 2024, at the Dover Center for health and Rehabilitation, following a period of failing health.
Born in East Boston, Mass., on Nov. 4, 1932, she was the daughter of Thomas and Mary Ellen (Moss) Norris.
Betty had worked as an accountant for Liberty Mutual for many years. She was an avid quilter and reader and enjoyed playing bingo. She also enjoyed traveling and was able to visit many destinations around the world.
Members of her family include her two daughters Susan Kenney and Dr. Lawrence Kenney of Foxboro, Mass.; and Christine Carpenito of West Roxbury, Mass.; two grandchildren Lauren and Alyssa, her sister Phyllis Whiting of Chelsea, Mass.; her niece Natasha Brennan and nephew TJ Norris, as well as many grand nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by first husband Frank Ciaramitaro, her second husband Robert Ivey, and her sister Sr. Thomas Norris, RSM.
