With New Hampshire's Stay at Home order lifted at midnight Sunday after a three-month lockdown, Granite Staters embark today on a return to a more normal existence.

Restaurants and gyms both officially open their doors to the public today, however Planet Fitness officials don't expect any of their New Hampshire location to be open till late in the week.

"We expect to reopen our New Hampshire locations, including Rochester, late next week," Becky Zirlen, senior public relations manager, said on Friday.

She said Planet Fitness would be using a thoughtful and phased reopening approach.

"In doing so, we are taking a number of steps to protect the health and well-being of our team members and members, which include enhanced cleanliness and sanitization policies and procedures, physical distancing measures, reducing physical touch points in the club, and more, Zirlen said."

Meanwhile, at the Farmer's Kitchen in Farmington, employee Amber Comfort said it felt "great" to be back at work.

Comfort said they had indoor and outdoor dining today and they had a good crowd for their first day of the indoor variety.
