ROCHESTER - An East Rochester man was arrested for drunken driving and conduct after an accident after he crashed his car on Salmon Falls Road on Saturday, left the vehicle and walked into a field behind a local farm.
Michael S. Fitzpatrick, 52, of 28 Periwinkle Dr., was tracked down by a K9 unit and taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital for treatment and evaluation of minor injuries, police said.
He was charged with DUI-impairment and conduct after an accident with property damage.
