DOVER, N.H. - Police say a Dover resident went on a one-man crime spree last month, first robbing a Rochester woman at knifepoint inside her Residence Inn apartment and later tasing and kicking a Dover man into submission before stealing his laptop and anxiety medication.

Okiemute “Leo” Omatie, 19, of 28 Fifth St., Dover, was arraigned on both felony robbery charges on Wednesday at Dover District Court and held on $10,000 cash bail pending a probable cause hearing later this month.

Police say Omatie, in concert with Tasha Loaiza, 21, of 17 Norway Plains Road #43, Rochester, robbed the Rochester woman of money, a computer tablet and prescription drugs the morning of June 15.

Then later in the day Dover Police say Omatie, this time in concert with Phillip Swanson, 27, of Dover committed another robbery at 105 Locust St. where they robbed a Dover man of a laptop, computer tablet and prescription drugs, including Klonopin.

Omatie tasered, punched and kicked the victim during the robbery, police say.

He was later treated and released from Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover.

Swanson was also charged with armed robbery. Both Omatie and Swanson have probable cause hearings on the Dover incident later this month, with Omatie facing a second probable cause court date on the Rochester charges.

Loaiza, meanwhile, is on personal recognizance bail after she was released last week on condition she stay sober and drug free, wear a GPS monitoring device and stay at a specified Somersworth address.
