ROCHESTER - Cornerstone VNA, a local nonprofit home health and hospice provider, recently announced that the agency's Home Care program has achieved a 5-star rating for patient satisfaction by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

The patient satisfaction survey is one of two ratings CMS shares on their Medicare Compare website that allows patients and families to research local home health providers based on quality and patient satisfaction ratings.
