Concerts on the Common set for Wednesdays through Aug. 28

ROCHESTER - The Rochester Recreation Department recently announced the return of "Concert on the Common," a free outdoor concert series featuring a variety of musical acts from all over the region.

The concerts are planned for Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in July and 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in August through Aug 28. For weather-related events, concerts will be postponed to the following day, subject to performer availability.

"Concert on the Common is a wonderful community tradition that brings together families and music lovers of all ages," said Nicole Lee, Marketing Program Coordinator. "We're excited to continue this great tradition with some old favorites as well as brand-new acts.
