Citywide parking ban in effect from 11 tonight till 7a.m.

ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban is set for 11 p.m. tonight until Saturday at 7 a.m.

No vehicles without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in municipal parking lots during this time.
