ROCHESTER - A city woman was arrested on Monday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart

Haley Hagood, 20, of 52 Brock St., was charged with willful concealment and was bailed on $1,500 Personal Recognizance pending a court date next month in Rochester District Court.
