DOVER - A Rochester woman will serve 12 months in Strafford County Jail for a series of thefts as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.

Suzanne Anderson, 51, with a last known address of 8 Academy St., pleaded guilty to three thefts in all on Thursday.

She was originally charged with identity theft in a series of fraudulent withdrawals amounting to $16,000 she made from TD Bank in October 2015. She was indicted in February 2016.

That charge was changed to theft in the plea deal, but because she had priors, two other thefts she'd been charged in were also classified as felonies.

The other two thefts were for stealing a Mike's Hard Lemonade from the Circle K in Gonic and an energy drink from Hannaford's, Assistant Strafford County Attorney Emily Conant said on Thursday.

Anderson will begin serving her 12-month sentence on Dec. 15. After her release she will also have another 12 months suspended for two years on good behavior.
