ROCHESTER -A city man was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident the Milton Road Hannaford.

Ashleigh Jacobs, 26 of 21 Silver Bell Mobile Home Park in Rochester, was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment and was bailed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
