City seniors Valentine's Day celebration set for today at community center

ROCHESTER - The Rochester Senior Activity Center hosts a Valentine's Day Warmth and Wellness Gathering today from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

The event takes place in the Upstairs Activity Room of the James Foley Community Center, located at 150 Wakefield St., Entrance B, Rochester.

Organized in partnership with the Rochester Mental Health Alliance, Cornerstone VNA, Strafford County Public Health Network, Rochester Fire Department, and Choose Love and Matter of Balance coaches, this special gathering promises an afternoon of fun, support, and education.

Activities Include:

• Cookie Decorating
• Gratitude table
• Senior survey
• Valentine card making
• Matter of Balance exercises
• Safety station
