City offices closed, trash pickup delayed a day for Labor Day holiday

ROCHESTER - Municipal offices will be closed on Monday in observance of Labor Day.

Offices will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday.

Also due to the holiday, trash and recycling service will be delayed by one day.
