City offices close early Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve

ROCHESTER - City Offices will close early to the public on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. City Offices will be open to the public from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Tuesday and Dec. 31.

We will be closed for the entire day on Christmas, Wednesday, December 25th and New Year's Day, Wednesday, January 1st.
