ROCHESTER - A city man who racked up three DUIs between October 2016 and last month and was out on bail on the third picked up his fourth on Saturday.
Paul Ramos, 48, of 108 Briar Drive, was arrested around 10:40 p.m. after dispatch received a tip he was headed toward Walgreen's drug store on South Main, Rochester Police Capt. Todd Pinkham said today.
"We responded to the area, saw the vehicle in the parking lot and determined Ramos was operating under the influence of alcohol," Pinkham said.
Ramos was also charged with driving after revocation/suspension and contempt for violating bail conditions.
Ramos had previously been convicted of DUI in October 2016 and May 2017.
