ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Lilac Mall Kmart on Sunday afternoon.

Elijah Mason, 29, of 17 Norway Plains Road #20 , was charged with misdemeanor willful concealment bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance pending an arraignment in August at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
