PrintROCHESTER - A Rochester man has been indicted on charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a 12-year-old victim that allegedly took place over a nine-month period last year.
Court documents state that Jon Olson, 49, of 15 Easter Lane, Rochester, performed sexual acts on the unnamed male victim on or between March 1 and Dec. 10, 2014.
Olson was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, each one carrying between 10-30 years in a New Hampshire State Prison.
The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down March 19 and made public on Tuesday.
An indictment is not necessarily an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
