DOVER - A Rochester man accused of trafficking meth is facing up to 30 years in state prison.
Thomas J. Marshall, 35, of Asteria Lane, was allegedly found with more than five grams of methamphetamine when he was arrested in Rochester on Aug. 27.
According to court documents, Marshall is charged with a Special Felony, which carries the potential for an enhanced penalty of 15-30 years imprisonment along with a maximum fine of $500,000.
The most recent Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on April 18 and released on Friday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been presented to warrant moving forward to trial.
