ROCHESTER - A city man was arrested on Thursday for alleged possession of crack cocaine.
Jason Johnson, 40, of 1 King St., was charged with felony possession, released on personal recognizance and given a February arraignment date at Rochester District Court.
The arrest stems from an incident in September on Lafayette Street where officers made contact with Johnson who appeared visibly impaired. Through their investigation officers found drug paraphernalia, which was sent and tested at the state forensic lab.
