ROCHESTER - A city man was arrested today in a shoplifting incident at the local Walgreen’s.

Lucas Scarsciotti, 23, of 35 Upham St., was charged with Willful Concealment, a class B Misdemeanor He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending his arraignment in October in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.

A second conviction of willful concealment in a three-year period can result in felony charges.
