City man accused of drug trafficking following Dover arrest

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man is facing drug possession and trafficking charges after he was found by police lying on the ground with a medical issue on Farrington Street last month.
Upon finding Eric House, 43, in distress on Sept. 16, police did a brief weapons check prior to transporting him to Frisbie Memorial Hospital. During the check they found drugs and items used for the sale of drugs, according to Rochester Police Capt. Jeremy Aucoin.
Upon finding the drugs they immediately ended the search and applied for a search warrant, which was granted. The search of the bag was then completed, and he was subsequently charged with two counts of drug possession and two counts of drug trafficking.
The Rochester charges were filed following House's arrest by Dover Police on local charges on Oct. 11.
House is currently out on bail awaiting his next hearing in Strafford Superior Court.
