Christopher J. Hamel ... managed forest survey teams

SOMERSWORTH - Christopher J. Hamel, 35, died on Saturday, July 14, 2018 surrounded by his loving family and close friends. Chris was born on October 5, 1982 in Rochester, and was a lifelong resident of Somersworth.
Chris is survived by his parents Roger and Susan Hamel of Somersworth; his sister Stephanie Francoeur of Hampton, her husband Ryan, their sons Cameron and Cooper; along with aunts, uncles, cousins, and many cherished friends. Chris was predeceased by his grandparents John and Nelda Griney and Lionel and Theresa Hamel, all of Somersworth.
Chris graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in forestry science. He spent years traveling across the country managing forest survey teams; working in the woods was his favorite place to be. Chris was a music and car enthusiast; he enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his friends and family.
