Chimney fire made quick work of by homeowner

posted 11:10 a.m., Wednesday, April 3 - Lebanon, Milton and Rochester Fire Departments responded to reports of a structure fire at 71 Schoolhouse Road in Lebanon around 8 this morning, but when they got there it was only a chimney fire that was extinguished by the homeowner before any damage to the house was done. Lebanon Fire Chief Skip Wood said a neighbor had called in the fire when they saw flames coming from the house.
