Center Road kitchen fire quickly doused

LEBANON - A kitchen fire at a Center Road residence was quickly doused Tuesday night.

According to Lebanon Fire, the call came in around 9 p.m. for a kitchen fire at 288 Center Road.

Upon arrival crews located a fire in the kitchen. A hand-line was used to extinguish the blaze, which was contained to a cookstove and cabinets.

The occupants were able to return to the home later that night.

Lebanon Fire and Lebanon Rescue responded as well as fire units from Sanford, Acton, and Milton.
