Brent Curlee, 16, a member of Milton Boy Scout Troop 155, cooks up burgers and dogs during Milton's Summer Kickoff on Sunday at Town Beach. Curlee, a junior at Nute High, is working on an Eagle Scout project that will spruce up a walking trail behind the New Hampshire Farm Museum. The milelong area he'll be working on wends its way through forest affected by a microburst three years ago and will allow hikers to see the effects of nature while walking along the trail. Money raised on Sunday will help Curlee complete the project, which also includes the building and installation of a short footbridge along the path. Sunday was the second and last day of the fest and featured face painting, clowns, more boat races and plenty of good food. Below, Don LaPerle of Epsom shows off his 1965 Mustang 2+2 Fastback GT, which was displayed as part of an Antique Car Show held during the event. He's had his 'Stang for about 15 years and says its worth about $45,000. Also, a shot of John Curran's 1938 Chevrolet Street Rod. (Harrison Thorp photos)
