Body of missing Dover man found; police suspect suicide

Brycen Couture ... found dead of apparent suicide

DOVER - The Dover Police Department is reporting today that the man police were looking for in a missing persons case has been found dead in what police are calling a likely suicide.

The body of Brycen Couture, 23, of Dover, was discovered in a wooded area near Broadway in Dover today during the early morning hours.

Couture had last been seen in that area last Wednesday, and it appeared he had been dead for some time, police said.

While the cause and manner of death will ultimately be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, at this time, based on evidence at the scene, it appears to have been a suicide.

Couture suffered from medical issues that required constant treatment.
