HAMPTON - A man whose body was found in the Hampton River on Wednesday has been identified as a Massachusetts resident, and the manner of his death has been ruled as accidental drowning.
The body of Stephen Gelineau, 47, of Lowell, Mass., was discovered around 7:30 a.m., following a report of a possible body in the river.
The victim was dressed in fishing attire and believed to have possibly been fishing off the Hampton jetty.
