DOVER, N.H. - An area man was indicted on heroin possession charges last week after police say he was found in possession of an amount of the drug in Milton last spring.
Mark Collyns, 20, of 78 Wakefield Road, Wakefield, was arrested on April 26 by Milton Police.
Collyns was arrested again in Milton on heroin possession in November when he was also charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Heroin possession is a Class B felony punishable by up to three and a half to seven years in state prison and a $25,000 fine.
A Strafford County grand jury handed down the indictment last week.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found the case has sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
